Waves Oceanfront Resort - Old Orchard Beach

This resort is great for families, offering excellent beach access and a well-maintained pool. However, my room was not as clean as I expected, and the hot tub was lukewarm during my stay. Overall, while the location is a plus, improvements on room maintenance would enhance the experience significantly.

The place was clean with very friendly staff members.

The hotel was located short walk to about a 1-2 minute walk, the pier and shops and restaurants. Got king room with a private balcony, a beatiful view, as example as expected. A coffeemaker, fridges, and kitchenware were available. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was amazing close to everything in oob.

The pools were fantastic, and we loved lounging by the beach access and enjoying the hot tub. The only downside was the lack of a microwave, tricky to heat up meals for the kids, but overall, we had a great time 🏖️

the rooms were a bit outdated. but the location was perfect for beach access. having a kitchenette was super convenient for meals, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay.

Possibly the best and fine stay during the night and early morning. Magnificent setting, near to shops and restaurants, and the ocean. For tea or coffee visit Big Licks nearby. Very comfy bed, unique room with a magnificent view of the ocean.

Direct beach access, Heated pool and hot tubs, Grilling facilities

Facilities are old and worn out!!! Showers have inconsistent water pressure!!! Parking situation can be frustrating during busy times!!! Rooms are cramped!!! Bugs were an unwelcome surprise!!!

I liked the room with a private balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great beach access for all visitors.

The hot tub was not functioning during my two-day visit, so frustrating. I expected much more for the price I paid, and the staff seemed indifferent to the issues we faced.
